Chickweed is a little-known herb which has considerable nutritive value, vitamin and mineral-packed it has variety of medicinal and wellness uses. It was mostly used by Native Americans for the treatment of respiratory problems such as bronchitis, whooping cough, colds, and a sore throat. Modern herbalists use Chickweed tincture to treat joint pain, eczema, psoriasis, dermatitis, rheumatism, gout, blood diseases, eye inflammations and haemorrhoids. Chickweed may aid in digestion and help reduce symptoms of bladder infections, indigestion, peptic and gastric ulcers. It also acts as a diuretic and a mild laxative that may help to relieve symptoms of constipation.

This weed’s young shoots are edible and taste like spinach to me. They are packed with nutrition like vitamin C and gamma-linolenic acid, which is great for healthy skin and hair.
Just add 15 to 20 drops to some orange juice and take it before you go to bed. It can also help you sleep!
